30 Days - The Home Stretch
Wow! 30 days left in the city! This past weekend, there was lots of work done. More room was made for the furniture that will be coming up next weekend. The old Ford is out of the mud and runs well for her age. As far as outdoors is concerned, well, some work got done and part of the lawn was actually mowed. This of course after a pile of cedar fence posts, leftover lumber, and piles of dog poop were moved. The piles of brush is still scattered all over the garden area, and we are seriously doubting a garden will go in this year. From this point forward, most of our time will be spent hauling and placing furniture. Also, a small deck has to be built so that we can actually access the clothesline. So much work and so little time to do it all. If there is one thing I am learning quickly, that's that nothing, at least not much will go according to plan. Sounds like I just stumbled upon a topic for the CPN.
